FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
WHEN I AM GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the shop within 1 day of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 1 week of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time as we consolidate the shipping of prizes to just a few times per month
AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER IN TIME?
We always ship within 2 business days of an order being placed and in most cases the next day. We ship by USPS, who is very reliable. If you order a single item, it is usually shipped first class and can take 3-5 days to arrive. If more items are ordered, they are shipped priority and carry insurance as well and usually arrive 2-4 days after shipment. Please use your usps tracking number that is delivered to you after each purchase to track your order rather than contacting us.
CAN I CHANGE THE ORDERED ITEM?
We do our best to ship as fast as possible so if you realize you need to make an adjustment to an order, please email us ASAP at service@mycotstyle.com
CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get an account credit easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us.
Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a credit.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Usually, but for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking number from USPS will be delivered to the email address which you ordered with. Please use that number to track your package at usps.com
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address for any delivery at the checkout point of your order.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN; WHAT DO I DO?
If your item is damaged, which does not happen often, and it needs our attention, please have to contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.
CAN I BE REFUNDED?
Except in the rare case of defective items we do not offer refunds but account credits. If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, your account will be fully or partially credited.
