Once a package is shipped from Mycot, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email or Facebook Messenger, depending on your settings. Once we have dropped a package off with the USPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery times or the care of your package. As you are the future recipient of a package, the USPS is now responsible to you for the deliver of the package. If you feel your package is not moving in a timely manner, please don't contact us first. We ask that you contact your local post office to inquire about the location and timing of your delivery. We do not have any extra information outside of what your Tracking number provides at www.usps.com. If the Post office cannot help you, we do want to know about the situation so please contact us at email@example.com.
